Suitability Geoprocessing Model

This model shows you the process one may use to determine suitable sites for a wastewater treatment plant. When determining suitable sites for anything, it usually comes with a list of criteria that has to be met – in this instance, our criteria are:
• Within 1 mile of city limits
• Within 3,000 feet of a river
• At least 300 feet from residential parcels and parks
• On a vacant parcel that is bigger than 50,000 square feet
• Outside the floodplain
